A café between rains
Warm windows, slow afternoons, and the kind of little café you want to return to. An imagined digital home for a place like that.

A café between rains. A flower shop on a side street. A room with a long mountain view. When a small place catches my eye, I imagine the website it deserves, build it quietly, and share the making.
No pitch, no pressure. Every page here is a concept until a place says yes.
One small loop, repeated whenever a place asks for it. No schedule, no quota.
A café window, a flower stall, a view from a small room.
Three colors, one typeface, the feeling of the place.
A small, complete website. Hand-coded, mobile first.
Keyboard, rain, room tone. No talking.
The video goes to YouTube, the page comes here.

Each concept starts with a place and ends with a complete, responsive page. Illustrations stand in for places until I can share real ones.

Field notes · 3 min read
Not every creative project needs a pitch. Sometimes it can simply begin with a place you like and a page you want to make.
Process · 2 min read
A simple creative loop: notice, imagine, build, record, share. No client pitch required.
Is one of these your kind of place?
I make these concepts for the joy of it, not to chase clients. If you run a small place and something here feels like yours, you're welcome to reach out. If we both want it, a concept can become your real website — that's the “free” in the name.
